Please share this important message 🚨🚨🚨

This is the correspondence with regard to message shared yesterday. The principal is asking for all grade 12 learners (2025) to return tablets on the following dates.

Monday from 8:00 to 14:00
Tuesday from 8:00 to 11:00

REMEMBER THESE ARE FINAL DATES FOR THE SUBMISSION 🚨🚨. Any learn who fails to submit on the above mentioned dates will be reported to the department .

Good afternoon colleagues: The HoD has issued a strong instruction that all District Directors , Cluster Chief Directors and DDG IOM are being recalled from going on leave for the Christmas holiday until they report 100% retrieval of tablets that were given to grade 12 learners . There will be morning meetings that will be convened every morning from Monday the 15/12/2025 to report on the retrieval of tablets, unplaced learners and uploading of term 4 results . Kindly bring this instruction to the attention of all your CMC heads, Circuit managers and school principals whose circuits and schools are affected by the items above to make sure they remain with you until everything is done as expected.. All parents for learners in grade 10 and 11 are invited to a parents meeting to be held at TOLI SSS followed by issuing of progress reports. The details for this meeting are as follow:

Your presence will be highly appreciated as we discuss the future of our children.🙏🙏

Please also note that there will be an orientation for our new grade 10 which will occur as follow :

NB for orientation every learner must be accompanied by his/her parent in a full school uniform of their previous school

Tomorrow we having farewell for Grade 12 class of 2025.

Please note the following

1. Only grade 12, RCL, selected learners must attend the farewell
2. Grade 10 and 11 learners have officially closed for term 3 and should return to school on 13 October 2025.
3. Nautical Sciences and Maritime Economics learners excursion will still continue as planned on the 2nd of October 2025
