Dear Parents/Guardians

Please be informed that due to the examination programme, learners will be released from school at 13:00 daily from Monday, 08 June 2026, until further notice.

Please note: Learners who are required to attend extra classes or academic support sessions will remain at school as arranged by their teachers.

Special Notice for Grades 1–3

On Monday, 08 June 2026, learners in Grades 1–3 will be released at 11:00 to allow teachers to attend an official workshop.

Parents are kindly reminded that all learners are expected to continue attending school regularly, punctually, and in full school uniform, even after they have completed their examinations. Learners must continue reporting to school until an official communication is issued by the school indicating otherwise.

As we celebrate Rhandza Xikolo Xa wena on 22 May 2026, only Grades 4,5,6 and 7 will be joining teachers and parents in cleaning and repairing the school. Foundation phase will not form part of the campaign.

We urge you all to come in numbers to assist and ensure our school is clean and safe.

Greetings parents/ Guardians

The department has topped up the school's nutrition with breakfast. This suggests that there will be changes to accommodate this new addition. As of 09 April 2026 the following will be requested from your good selves and this will be the procedure going foward:

1. Breakfast will be served in the school kitchen from 07:00 am- 07:30 am.
2. Each learner will bring their own bowl for breakfast. A plastic bowl is preferable and it will be washed by parent at home. Please put the bowl inside a plastic bag.

We kindly request that parents ensure that learners adhere to the breakfast time slot. No breakfast will be served beyond 07:30 am
