MCK Special School – Foundation Phase
Our Foundation Phase learners recently enjoyed a fun and educational Noodle Day activity.
During this lesson, learners were taught about kitchen safety, the importance of cleanliness and hygiene, and basic food preparation skills. They learned how to prepare noodles independently while understanding the importance of being safe and asking an adult for assistance when needed.
It was wonderful to see the learners actively participating, following instructions, and taking pride in preparing their own meal. The highlight of the day was watching them enjoy the noodles they had made themselves – many learners even wanted seconds!
The activity provided a valuable hands-on learning experience and helped develop important life skills. It was truly heartwarming to see the learners so engaged, enthusiastic, and interactive throughout the lesson.
A fun-filled and memorable day was had by all!🀟🏽😁πŸ₯˜
