Your voice matters, and we are listening.❤️

Today is World Mental Health Day, and this year’s theme is all about celebrating real voices and real change.

Mental health affects every single one of us. Whether you are a boy or a girl, man or woman, struggling with your mental health is nothing to be ashamed of. It takes real strength to speak up. Mental health isn’t just something we talk about once a year—it’s part of who we are every single day. Let's make our school a place where everyone feels safe to share their story and support one another. You are never alone.

🌱 Reminder: Our school counselling services are always available to support you. Don't hesitate to reach out.

👇 Drop a 💚 in the comments to show your support, or tag a friend who makes your days brighter!

Thought of the Day:
Your feelings are always allowed. 💛
What you feel is real, and it makes sense based on what you are going through. You don’t need anyone else’s permission to feel hurt, sad, or happy—your emotions are valid.
