Do not prepare the road for your Children but rather equip your Children for the road ahead.

Forging Legends for life

An eight-month accredited alternative gap year programme for young men. Young adults often feel confused and overwhelmed with a vast array of post-matric options available. This challenging situation poses a tough decision for young adults and parents alike. At Legends Academy, we strategically approach this problem through our dynamic programme. We take young male adults through a structured process, exposing them to various fields to experience and better understand which path they want to take. The Legends approach encompasses four main dimensions:
Nature • Technical • Life Skills • Personal Well-being

Our team strives to prepare a Legendary candidate to leave the Academy with a better understanding of which life path to follow – whether in the corporate world, the technical field, or the natural environment. Through lecturing, coaching and mentorship, our Academy explores the fundamentals of:
✔︎ Discipline
✔︎ Fitness
✔︎ Personal hygiene
✔︎ Manners
✔︎ Respect
✔︎ Teamwork

Taking place in a safe adventurous environment near Nambiti Game Reserve, our candidates make friends for life while earning certification and experiencing adventures that help them grow into independent, confident young adults.

Life does not always go to plan and you will require the knowledge and ability to fix the objects that we use in our daily lives. The program will teach candidates the safety protocols to use the tools required to fix these objects. Candidates will gain an understanding on motor mechanics, building methods, basic electrical skills and household maintenance. These newly taught skills and understanding will be put to the test as the group of candidates will be working on a project through their stay with us and will reap the reward of their efforts at the end of the program!
