That’s what happens when you build a culture around An environment of excellence!
August has delivered another outstanding run of results for the dancers of Beaulieu College, powered by Dance Culture Studios, with achievements stretching from the provincial stage to one of the biggest Hip Hop competitions in the world.
WORLD STAGE. WORLD-CLASS PERFORMANCE.
Nikiwe Ndlovu delivered an exceptional performance at the UDO World Championships in Blackpool, England, placing 5th in the 18 Years & Over Advanced Division.
With up to 7,000 dancers competing, UDO is one of the biggest Hip Hop competitions in the world. Nikiwe, a National Protea Dancer representing South Africa, competed in an exceptionally tough division featuring both male and female dancers.
A Top 5 World Championship finish is an outstanding achievement.
And she wasn't alone. Team South Africa produced an impressive collection of finalists and medalists, with every province represented taking home at least one medal. South African Dance is making its mark on the international stage.
PROVINCIAL SUCCESS
Closer to home, our dancers continued that momentum at the Street Dance Association’s Dance Sport Club League Provincial Championships Grand Slam.
Ntsakiso Mbokodo took 2nd Place in the 13 Years & Under Division, while Rudo Chamisa secured 2nd Place in the 17 Years & Under Division.
Several other Beaulieu dancers also reached the finals in their respective divisions, making these results another strong reflection of the depth and consistency within the team.

These achievements don't happen by accident.
They come from dancers who commit to the work, coaches who demand excellence, parents who support the journey and an educational environment that gives young people the opportunity to develop their talent and take it beyond the school stage.
From Beaulieu to Gauteng. From Gauteng to South Africa. And from South Africa to the world.
We are incredibly proud of every Beaulieu dancer who has trained, competed, travelled and represented the College throughout the season.

Because the season isn't over yet.
The Dance Sport Club League National Inter-Provincial Tournament in Cape Town is just around the corner, and there is still work to be done.
