1. SUPPLYING OF DIFFERENT HAIRCARE PRODUCTS
2. INSTALLATION OF OUTDOOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION EQUIPMENT

Dear Parent / Guardian / Learner.
Kindly be informed that school will reopen from 24 August 2020. Reopening will be as follows:
Year 4 will continue attending everyday.
Year 3 and O1 will reopen on 24 August 2020 and will attend only on day 1,3 and5.
Year 2 and 1 will reopen on 25 August 2020 and will attend only on day 2,4 and 6.
Learners will be given a document indicating dates of day 1 to day 6.

Kwa-Thema Skills School request registered companies to submit quotations for the following services to be rendered. Interested companies are requested to do site inspection, which will be done on the 22 July 2020. Closing date for quotations is on the 25 July 2020.

1. Please submit quotations as per the advert: Plumbing for the whole school & Removal of old tiles and put new tiles.
2. Please submit copies of company registration documents.
3. Company profiles & registration documents must be in one (1) envelope. Quotations must be in a separate envelope.
The two envelopes must be submitted at the security gate in relevant boxes.

Good Day

All parents and learners of Kwa-Thema Skills SOS are hereby informed that 5 staff members tested positive to covid-19. GDE and Department of health decided to close the school till it has been decontaminated. All will be informed about reopening after decontamination. Parents and learners are advised to ensure that hands are frequently washed with soap for 20 seconds or sanitized, masks are worn when going out, cover mouth with bent elbow when coughing or sneezing and always clean surfaces. A child with running nose, fever, body pains,;sore throat or any symptom of covid-19 must stay at home even when school has reopen. Parents just need to phone the school. Visits to the school are not allowed unless having an appointment with the principal. Stay safe.
