Our Matrics had a meaningful and empowering session with our Emotional Wellness Coach, Yolandi Strydom, who introduced them to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

EFT is a technique that can help learners manage emotions, reduce stress and anxiety, and develop healthy ways of coping with the pressures they may experience.

As our Matrics journey through this important year, we want to remind them that their emotional well-being matters just as much as their academic success. 🌱💜

A big thank you to Yolandi for investing in our learners and equipping them with valuable tools to navigate life with greater confidence and resilience.

Sediba Academy will be hosting a Blood Drive this Wednesday, 19 August, from 10:00 – 14:00 in Classroom 26.

🩸 Please come and donate blood if you are able to!

🌿🦒 A Wonderful First Field Trip for Our Junior Academy! 🦓🌳

What an exciting day our Junior Academy learners had on their very first field trip! 💜

The children had an absolute blast exploring Sisibala Game Lodge, seeing animals up close, learning about nature, and making wonderful memories with their friends and teachers. 🐾🌿 Their excitement and smiles said it all! 😊

A very special thank you to Sisibala Private Game Reserve & Lodge for welcoming our learners and giving them such a memorable experience. We truly appreciate your hospitality and the opportunity for our children to learn outside the classroom.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Wrenchville Transport for providing safe and reliable transportation for our learners. 🚌💜

Thank you to everyone who helped make this special day possible. We are so grateful for the memories created and look forward to many more adventures with our Junior Academy! 🌟

🐣🌾 A Special Visit from Klein Boer Boerdery! 🌾🐣

Our ECD learners had an exciting and hands-on experience this week as Klein Boer Boerdery visited our school! The children loved meeting the chickens and adorable baby chicks, learning all about farm life in such a fun and interactive way.

This ties in perfectly with this week's theme: Farm Life 🚜🌱

Soccer update:⚽️

Yesterday our Soccer Boys (U11 & U13) took on Seodin in a set of exciting matches. While the results didn’t fully reflect the effort and determination shown on the field, the teams gave it their all and displayed great sportsmanship throughout.

We are incredibly proud of our players and coaches for their commitment and hard work. This is just the beginning, and we are truly looking forward to a fantastic season ahead!
