Career day 🥳

🎓 Importance of Career Day

Career Day is important because it helps learners understand different careers and make informed choices about their future.

It helps learners to:

* 👩🏽‍⚕️ Learn about different careers and what people do in those jobs.
* 🎯 Discover their interests, talents and strengths.
* 📚 Understand which subjects and qualifications are needed for different careers.
* 💭 Set goals for the future and start planning their career pathway.
* 🗣️ Interact with professionals and ask questions about their experiences.
* 🌍 Learn about opportunities they may not have known about.
* 💪🏽 Become motivated to take their education seriously.
* 💡 Make informed decisions about subjects, further education and employment.

In simple terms:

Career Day exposes learners to the world of work and helps them connect what they learn at school with their future goals.
