Our older group(The Multi- level class) did some fork painting today!
This method is low pressure and high in sensory.

A fork gives predictable tactile input - it's not as messy as finger painting nor as demanding as a brush!
Great for sensory seekers and avoiders and oh so beautiful!

Our 'Caterpillars' are planting flowers!

For today's fine motor activity, our Caterpillars first prepared the 'ground' with soil and then planted their beautiful 'flowers'.

This simple activity supports so many developmental areas at once:
