About Me
I am deeply passionate about sport and athlete care, with hands-on experience working with active individuals. My goal is to create a support system that priorities athlete health, recovery, and performance.
I run an outdoor fitness training center, ACTIVE EXPLOSIVE based in Krugersdorp which is catered for all levels of fitness and age.
