Afrikaans through music 🎶

What a wonderful way to learn Afrikaans! Our learners enjoyed listening to Afrikaans music and experiencing the language in a fun and relaxed way.

Learning a language doesn’t always have to happen from a textbook — sometimes, music makes the best classroom!

NST meets creativity 🎵

Mrs. Pieters’ grade 4 learners had the opportunity to design and make their own musical instruments as part of their Natural Sciences and Technology learning.

What a fun, hands-on way to explore sound, materials and how instruments work! The learners put their creativity and problem-solving skills to the test — and the results were fantastic!

Learning is always better when we can make, create and experiment!

MATHEMATICS MADE SWEETER

Our Grade 5 learners had a fun-filled Mathematics lesson learning all about bar graphs — with a little help from some colourful Smarties! 😍

By sorting, counting and recording their Smarties, learners were able to create their own bar graphs and turn data into something fun, visual and easy to understand.

Who knew Mathematics could be this delicious?
