Both te u/16 and 1st team boys will play at Saint Andrews High School. May you play hard and give your all on the field.

We are incredibly proud of our four TRIO athletes who represented our school with determination and excellence at the Free State Cross Country Championships!

Rapelang Makwe — 22nd out of 47
Girls U/15:
Thubelihle Nkosi — 14th out of 38
Oarabile Rathebe — 29th out of 38
Girls U/17:
Sherelize Pretorius — 18th out of 22

A very special congratulations to Thubelihle Nkosi, whose outstanding performance has earned her a place in the Free State Team! She will proudly represent the Free State at the SA Cross Country Championships in Pretoria on 5 September 2026.

We are so proud of each of you! Your hard work, dedication and perseverance are an inspiration to the TRIO family.
