Asset Disposal
When disposing an asset(selling it). To determine if a business has made a profit or a loss,if the carrying value(Cost-Accumulated Depreciation) is bigger than the selling price of the asset, then the business has made a PROFIT .
But if the carrying value(cost - Accumulated Depreciation) is less than the selling price of the asset, then the business has made a LOSS.

Welcome to my page.
I am Athi Madikane Schooling at Newell High School, currently doing matric. .
I thought I should create a page and assist those who are struggling with accounting as I will also benefit by doing that in terms of improving my accounting skills♥️.The major reason for creating this page is because We are always on our phones and some people find it hard to study without their phone on their hands. ♥️Then if you are that type of person, you are sorted.
Thank you for your time.
