JACKS DIVE CHEST is a commercial dive school operating in South Africa, under the auspices of the South African Department of Employment and Labour, we are the oldest operating commercial dive school in South Africa, 31 years, of which I have been the owner for 16 years. What an achievement for a business to reach 31 years old in South Africa, but even more of an achievement is to have got this far operating under the department of Labour, a department that is totally INEPT in replying to emails, INEPT in replying to enquiries, TARDY in investigations, CORRUPT and un answerable to any one, NOT EVEN ADHERING AND COMPLYING WITH SUPREME COURT ORDERS. Appointing and using TECHNICAL ADVISORS that are not only incompetent but who are also IDIOTS - these same idiots are also AUDITORS FOR IMCA ( with no auditors qualification or training).
The Department of Labour condones and accepts sub standard training, non compliance of dives done, non compliance of dive depths, non compliance of dive times -AS DEFINED IN THE TRAINING STANDARDS FOR COMMERCIAL DIVE TRAINING, by ALL THE OTHER COMMERCIAL DIVE SCHOOLS IN SOUTH AFRICA, meaning which BRIBERY must be taking place.
Thank you to the one or two good investigators/inspectors at DEOL but to the rest you are FU***NG USELESS.

The South African Department of Labour has again been given a "BLOODY NOSE" by JACKS DIVE CHEST, this is the second SUPREME COURT ruling in the favour of JACKS DIVE CHEST in the last 30 months, with costs, the absurdity and ARROGANCE of the CHIEF INSPECTOR, Mrs Milly Ruiters and her department is not only costing the tax payer money but also it comes at huge costs and expenses to the divers all over the world that choose us-JACKS DIVE CHEST for their COMMERCIAL DIVE TRAINING and who are made to wait for their dive tickets.

During a Department of Labour Workshop held at UCT in July 2022, Mrs Jabu Mhlophe Deputy Director undertook to resign her position in DEOL if they, DEOL were not able to handle any backlogs and issue all renew dive tickets, well NO SURPRISE, NO SURPRISE the government department of DEOL are unable to issue all outstanding tickets and there is a backlog, SO please Mrs Jabu Mhlophe do the HONOURABLE thing and please resign !!! oh I forgot there is no accountability and DEOL are not answerable and accountable to anyone, true incompetence and corruption de-lux !

I am no longer shocked by our Department of Employment and Labour, apart from them being CORRUPTED AND CAPTURED they lack the mental ability and intelligence to conduct an investigation, they have zero understanding of the STANDARDS ON COMMERCIAL DIVE TRAINING, in a normal world they would not even qualify to clean toilets.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING, I have a business that operates (unfortunately according to OHS act Diving Regulations 2022), under the auspices of THE DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND LABOUR, the entire department including the Chief Inspector, Miss Milly Ruiters are a "sorry excuse" for government employees, they just cannot reply to emails, cannot meet deadlines (set by themselves), are extremely vague in answers (when they get past their extremely busy schedule and honour you with some BS answer), phoning the Department of Employment and Labour is a joke - it is easier phoning LIFELINE and at least they listen, they investigate themselves in disputes and they are CORRUPTED AND CAPTURED.

The South African government and departments within are riddled and rotten to the core with CORRUPTION AND BRIBERY, This includes the SOUTH AFRICAN DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND LABOUR, DOEL.

are all registered entities with the CIPC and belong to me.

Any entity using such name or a derivative there of is doing so "illegally" and is an ILLEGAL COMPANY.

Please note that applications at any embassy for visas using these names is illegal, (unless signed under my hand) and will be treated as such by the authorities, any visa issued under these entities shall result in your deportation from the Republic Of South Africa and will result in any application being rejected for 5 years.

Please note that IMCA, DOEL, Home affairs and various other bodies have been notified.
