Morning everyone.
I just wanted to share my journey with you.
For years I coached and mentored people at work and in my personal life (maybe some of them can attest to that🤗), so last year I decided to do a Coaching Course with the Neuro-coaching Institute that got me qualified with the International Coaching Federation.
The course CHANGED my life so much on a personal level! I discovered so much about myself and all of a sudden I felt like Im alive again. My relationships are so much deeper as I now understand my people so much better. Life has become a more fulfilling journey for me and I am so grateful for this new lease on life.

Hope everyone enjoys Youth Day.
Our young people are our future, right?
Well then it is up to us (the more mature people🤣) to give them guidance and good examples to live a life that is full of empathy, mutual respect and a sense of respect towards the earth and all the people and creatures that shares it.
