On Monday 24 August Komga Junior played rugby vs the Komga Rugby Development programme. 2 matches were played which tightly contested and played with good sportmanship.
The u11s drew 12 - 12 and the u13s won 12-7. A big thank you to the coaches from Komga development for bringing their players and a big well done to the Komga Junior players for playing with such passion and commitment for their school💙💚

What a fantastic Saturday of sport! Our U13 and U11 rugby teams, together with our U11 netball girls, proudly represented our school at the Lilyfontein Sevens Festival.

We are incredibly proud of all our learners who showed up, gave their best, and supported one another.

🏉 A special congratulations to our U13 Rugby Sevens team, who finished 4th in the tournament! 👏

We would also like to extend our sincere compliments to Lilyfontein School for organising such an outstanding tournament. Thank you for a wonderful day filled with sport, teamwork and camaraderie.

We are incredibly proud to announce that An-Mari Naude and Anna Thompson have qualified to compete at the Schools Cycling South Africa (SCSA) Primary & High School MTB Interprovincial Final 2026! 🏆🇿🇦

They will be representing their school and making us proud at the Primary Schools Interprovincial Final, taking place on 28–29 September 2026 in Coetzenburg, Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ BUFFALO CITY CYCLING SCHOOL SERIES – EVENT #5 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

On Sunday, 16 August, our Komga Junior School learners took part in Event #5 of the Buffalo City Cycling School Series, held at Lilyfontein School. 🚵‍♀️🌿

We are incredibly proud of all our young cyclists who participated and gave it their all! 💙💚
