Under-water Film Screening – "Living on the Threshold"

A hypnotic dance-film with the great humpback whales.

Synopsis:

Marine Chesnais, a contemporary dance choreographer and performer, sets out to encounter humpback whales off the coast of Réunion Island. From these interactions in the open blue, improvised dance sequences emerge—performed while freediving. The film is a hypnotic, choreographic journey taking place underwater, tracing the path of this unique artistic endeavor.
