Did you know, in Montessori children learn to sound out words before they learn to read them? It's more hands-on, involves movement (crucial for children to learn through their senses right?), and creates a deep phonic awareness of how words are made up. What a privilege to watch minds unfold and see children become more capable in their pursuit for knowledge. 🤩🌱

It's been CRICKETS over here on socials lately. 🦗 Not because it's been quiet at Mossflower through, we've been busy! 🐝
Here's some updates.

🌼 We've had a wonderful first half of the year (🔊 hey, did you know we're still accepting enrollments for term 3 & 4?)
🐥 We gained our youngest student so far - in fact it took me 9 whole months to get through the enrollment process 👀🤰🏼
👩🏼‍🍳 We've upgraded our mud kitchen!
⭐ We've been hatching a plan to upgrade even more bits of our natural playground (stay tuned!)
💰 We've also secured funding for our non-fee paying students for the year. I'd love to chat if you'd like to be a part of our upliftment program. No donation is too big or small.
