Congratulations to ballet dancers, Elizabeth and Layla Pomeroy-Ward who participated in the MOVE! Dance Competition regional round in Mossel Bay this past weekend.

Layla earned silver status for both her solos.

Elizabeth earned two silver and one gold status for her solos, qualifying for the National Finals in September. She was also given special acknowledgment by the judges with the “Baby Star” award.

Both girls earned gold status national qualification for their trio with their older sister.

What a fantastic achievement! Earning a Silver status for her solo and Gold for the trio with her sisters is a huge accomplishment!

Qualifying for the National Finals in Cape Town (held at the Sea Point Civic Centre at the end of September) is well-deserved after all that dedication and practice. Sharing the stage and a Gold win with her sisters makes it even more special! Well done Mae Pomeroy-Ward🌟
