🎭✨ WHAT A CONCERT! ✨🎭
I know over a week has already passed, but honestly, the last week has been such a blur and I couldn't let our Show & Shine Concert go by without taking a moment to reflect on what an incredibly special morning it was. ❤️
What a beautiful concert to have witnessed. 🥹
From the very beginning, you could see just how much love, time, effort and dedication had gone into making this morning so special. Our amazing teachers and assistants poured their hearts into the kiddies — from choosing songs and creating dances, to costumes, rehearsals, patience, encouragement and all those little details that so often happen behind the scenes.
And then there was Jabs, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything looked absolutely beautiful and that our stage was ready for our little stars. 🌿✨
Our parents — thank you. For all the support, the costumes, the encouragement, the cheering, and for showing up and filling every single seat at the show. ❤️ You sold every one of our raffle tickets, supported the event in so many ways and, most importantly, you were there to celebrate your little ones and make the morning so incredibly special for them. We couldn't have asked for a better audience or a more supportive group of parents. 🥹❤️
And then, of course, the stars of the show... OUR KIDDIES! ⭐️
Watching them up there on that stage was something I will never forget. Seeing their little faces light up, watching them dance, sing and perform with such confidence and excitement was just incredible.
But what made it even more special was looking out into the audience and seeing the faces of our families — the smiles, the laughter, the clapping, the cheering and even everyone singing along. 🥹❤️
And we can't forget our wonderful grandparents, aunties, uncles, cousins and extended family who joined us for our Grandparents' Tea after the show. ❤️
A massive thank you to all the Grannies and Grandpas, aunties, uncles and cousins who came along to share this special morning with us. And to our incredible parents who so generously provided all of the delicious tea-time treats — WOW! 🥐🧁🍓☕️ Everything was absolutely delicious and made the morning even more special.
There really is something so lovely about seeing our little ones surrounded by so many of the people who love and support them. ❤️
And having the beautiful St Mary's Grade R girls join us made the morning even more magical. What an incredible moment to have all of those little ones sharing the stage together. 🌸
It was one of those mornings where you stand back for a moment and think...
“Wow. Look what we have created together.” ❤️
I am so incredibly proud of our Happy Days family. Proud of our staff, proud of our parents, proud of our kiddies and so grateful to every single person who played a part in making the morning what it was.
And to all of our wonderful sponsors and supporters — THANK YOU. You helped make this possible, and I will be sharing a special thank-you to each of you very soon. ❤️
