A few of our senior superstars enjoying a slow stretch 🙆

Stretch is a crucial part of a dancer's training as it keeps the muscles flexible, strong and healthy, in turn this will help to enhance performance.

We as dancers need to maintain our flexibility as it supports the range of motion in our joints. This will assist in elongating our movement and assisting in preventing injuries due to strong muscles. When our muscles are strong and healthy, our mindset is also shifted to mimic the same, as there are antioxidants being released during this exercise 🌟

Our stretch/ technique class is for those looking to increase their flexibly, increase their heart rate, work on strengthening through a low intensity class, and get generally more fit and flexible in all areas of the body. 👯‍♀️
