What a wonderful way to end the last day of the Rina de Bruyn Eisteddfod at NW Musikon! 🎶✨

🥁This past Wednesday was absolutely unforgettable at the 2026 Rina de Bruyn Eisteddfod! 🎶

Our Rock & Pop drum students absolutely raised the roof with their high-energy performances! The talent, drive, and passion shown on stage were truly incredible. Huge congratulations to all our drummers who gave it their all! 👏⚡

And the inspiration didn't stop there! To wrap up an amazing day, our Marimba learners were treated to an exceptional workshop led by internationally acclaimed marimba performer Magda de Vries. It was a fantastic experience for our students to learn from and be inspired by such a world-class musician. 🌟🎼

The 2026 Rina se Bruyn Eisteddfod is officially underway, and today the Junior Classical Piano crew absolute-ly *smashed* it!

These young virtuosos didn't just play the notes—they poured their whole hearts, souls, and a serious amount of finger-magic into every single performance. To say we are bursting with pride is an understatement. The talent on stage today was next-level, and the results speak for themselves! 🏆✨

A massive shoutout to our brilliant junior pianists for setting the bar sky-high, and a huge thank you to the teachers, parents, and cheerleaders in the audience holding down the fort.

What an amazing second day of Eisteddfod activities! 💃🕺 Our talented dancers absolutely rocked the stage at Laerskool La Hoff, looking glamorous in their stunning outfits and dancing their hearts out! 🌟❤️

Their energy, dedication and passion truly shone through in every performance. We are so proud of each and every dancer who gave it their all! 👏🏽✨

The 2026 Rina de Bruyn Eisteddfod is officially in FULL SWING right here at the NW Musikon, and we are loving every single second of it! 🔥🥳

On Tuesday, our venue was buzzing with talent! 🎻🎸 We had amazing violinists, cellists, and classical guitarists taking the stage and absolutely blowing us away with their passion and skill. Slide through the photos to check out some of the action! 📸👇

And talk about ending the day with a BANG! 💥 The evening wrapped up with 5 phenomenal choirs competing in the ATKV Cantando Choir Festival. The energy, the harmonies, the atmosphere—pure magic! 🎶🏆

Day 1 of our Eisteddfod 🎶📖✨

What a successful and inspiring first day of our Eisteddfod!

We started the day with poetry for our Grade RRR, RR and R learners, and what a wonderful way to begin! 🌟 We ended the day at NW Musikon with ensembles from various schools — celebrating the joy and importance of making music together. There is something truly special about listening to one another, working as a team and creating beautiful music together. 🎵❤️

At La Hoff, our Primary and High School learners took part in poetry and prepared reading, showcasing their confidence, talent and hard work. 📚🎤

A big congratulations to all learners and a heartfelt thank you to our dedicated teachers, adjudicators and everyone who helped make Day 1 such a success.
