Vuselela TVET College Klerksdorp Campus hosted these engaging learning activities on 7 August 2026, promoting practical and experiential learning beyond the classroom.

Level 4 Office Administration students hosted an ISAT Day as part of their Office Practice module. The activity incorporated cultural activities, giving students an opportunity to showcase their creativity, teamwork, organisational skills and appreciation of different cultures.

Level 3 Education and Development students also hosted a Theme Table Day as part of Arts and Science of Teaching. Through their themed tables, students demonstrated creativity, presentation skills and their understanding of teaching and learning concepts.
The students further participated in Bring Your Child to College Day, creating an exciting opportunity for children to visit the college, interact with students and experience the educational environment.

It is important to note that any bottles displayed or used during the activities were props/containers and contained no alcohol. The activities were conducted strictly for educational, cultural and creative purposes.

These activities demonstrate that learning extends beyond the classroom, empowering students to develop practical skills while celebrating creativity, culture and education.

GANA KA WENA — Together, We Rise!

Vuselela TVET College participated in a Career Exhibition held on 14 August 2026 at Pabalelo Primary School in Phokwane Municipality. The exhibition was organised by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa through the Frances Baard District Constituency Office and sponsored by the Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA).

The exhibition aimed to provide learners and out-of-school youth with valuable information on career opportunities, funding options, study requirements and pathways for further education and training.

Vuselela TVET College engaged with learners and community members by providing information on the programmes offered by the College, funding opportunities and upcoming intake periods.

The College extends its sincere appreciation to the organisers and CETA for supporting this important initiative and creating a platform to empower young people and the community to make informed decisions about their education and future careers.

Vuselela TVET College participated in the Youth Career Exhibition organised by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa through the Frances Baard District Constituency Office. The exhibition was held at Ikhutsheng Sports Facility in Magareng Local Municipality on 13 August 2026.

The purpose of the exhibition was to bring together learners and out-of-school youth and provide them with valuable information on career guidance, education, training and employment opportunities.

Vuselela TVET College shared information on the transition from NATED programmes to Occupational Programmes, including the upcoming intake dates and available study opportunities. The College also provided learners and youth with valuable information on programmes, bursaries, learnerships, apprenticeships and other opportunities available through the institution.

Vuselela TVET College would like to extend its sincere appreciation to the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa for hosting the exhibition and creating a platform for institutions to engage with and empower young people.

Vuselela TVET College invites Degree and Advanced Diploma (NQF L7) graduates to register on its Graduate Database for consideration for future 12-month workplace placement opportunities. The initiative aims to facilitate relevant workplace exposure, enhance graduate employability, and support the development of sustainable career pathways.

Graduates in Business Management, Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Accounting/Financial Management, Business Administration, and Information Technology/Information Systems are encouraged to apply.

Vuselela TVET College Klerksdorp Campus successfully hosted the SAPCO Services SETA Activation on 06 August 2026.

The purpose of the activation was to engage with students who are already funded through the Services SETA Bursary Programme, providing important updates, guidance, and information about the bursary, student support services, and opportunities available throughout their academic journey.

The session allowed students to interact with SAPCO and Services SETA representatives, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of the support and benefits provided through the bursary programme.

The activation also featured fun and interactive games that encouraged student participation, creating an enjoyable and engaging atmosphere.

Vuselela TVET College sincerely thanks SAPCO and Services SETA for their continued partnership and commitment to supporting our students through the bursary programme and contributing to student success.
