💰 Building Financially Savvy Young Minds 📚

Our Grade 6 learners explored the fundamentals of financial literacy, including budgeting, saving, needs versus wants, and making responsible financial decisions.

Through practical discussions and real-life examples, learners are developing essential skills to help them become confident, responsible and financially aware young adults.

🚁✨ Little Inventors! ✨🚁

Today was a whirlwind of fun. Our little toddlers proudly presented their Paper Cup Helicopter inventions and showed off their amazing creativity! 🚁🌀

From spinning helicopters to big smiles, the learners had so much fun exploring how helicopters fly and spin while sharing their wonderful creations with their friends. 👏🌈

We are so proud of our little inventors, big thinkers and creative minds! 💡🧠✨ What a fantastic day of learning, creating and having fun! 🚁💛

Grade 8 Life Orientation Excursion 🎭🎨🌊

Our Grade 8 learners had an enriching day of learning beyond the classroom, with their Life Orientation curriculum brought to life through arts, culture and real-world experiences.

The day began at the Bat Centre, where learners enjoyed a theatre production and explored the importance of arts, culture and social awareness. 🎭

Learners then visited the Art Museum, where they experienced different forms of creativity and artistic expression. 🎨

The day ended with lunch at Wilson’s Wharf, giving our learners the opportunity to relax, socialise and enjoy the beautiful Durban harbour. 🌊🍽️

A wonderful day of learning, reflection, culture and memorable experiences! 💙

🔬🧪 A Day of Science & Discovery! 🌈✨

We hosted a fun Mini Science Lab where our little scientists from Toddlers to Grade R explored, experimented and discovered how the world around them works through Science ! 👩‍🔬👨‍🔬

🌈 Toddlers: Explored colour mixing and discovered how colours change when combined.
🫧 RRR: Created an exciting Hydrogen Peroxide Foam Fountain.
💧 RR: Investigated how different substances dissolve in water.
💨 Grade R: Explored fascinating smoke bubbles using dry ice.

Through hands-on STEM and science experiences, our learners developed curiosity, observation skills, critical thinking and a love for discovery! 🧠🔍✨
