Rising Stars Hockey Tournament 2026 β Bloemfontein**
Kimberley Junior School Under 13 Boys and Girls travelled to Bloemfontein on 12 June - 13 June 2026 to participate in the highly competitive Rising Stars Hockey Tournament. Both teams represented the school with pride, determination, and excellent sportsmanship throughout the weekend.
U13 Boys
The boys enjoyed an outstanding tournament, going unbeaten in regulation time and progressing all the way to the final.

The boys produced a remarkable tournament performance, going unbeaten throughout the tournament and finishing as worthy runners-up after a hard-fought final.
A special congratulations goes to Yashodhan Brooker, who was named Man of the Match in the U13A Boys Final. Yashodhan's exceptional performances throughout the tournament also earned him the prestigious Player of the Tournament award β a fantastic achievement and a testament to his hard work, skill, and dedication.

The girls faced strong opposition throughout the tournament and showed tremendous resilience and character.

HOCKEY
The under 9 boys and girls hockey teams had an opportunity to showcase their talents earlier today β and what a wonderful display it was!
It was fantastic to see these young hockey players executing the skills they have been working so hard on during training sessions. Their enthusiasm, teamwork and determination on the field made us incredibly proud.
