Die Outistiese Departement van ons skool het die jaar nie een nie, nie twee nie, nie drie nie, nee, maar wel VIER juffroue wat 'n baba ryker word. Juffrou Nicola is die 9de Julie terug van kraamverlof, en juffroue Amoné, Martenique en Alicia gaan eersdaags op kraamverlof. Nou ja, ons waarsku al die juffroue om níe die skool se water te drink níe😀. Net 'n grappie. Ons gun hulle die seën en vreugdes in hul lewens.

Participants at the workshop for individuals working with learners with Down syndrome. The session focused on teaching skills and how to support the child in reaching their full potential. Let us stand together with women, their families and communities affected by the resent murders in Ekurhuleni. Wear black this Friday to honour the lives lost and to stand against GBV and femicide.

Elaine Passmoor and her son, Joshua, conducted a two-day training session at our school on Down syndrome and classroom teaching practices. Joshua is 18 years old and has gratuated from high school. He gave a brief overview of himself, as well as what he enjoys and what he does not like.

We honoured our support staff today. Management expressed their appreciation by presenting each member of the support staff with a small token of gratitude—a mug bearing their name—along with a brief, personal word of thanks and appreciation.
