With a Code 3 Learner Licence you will be able to obtain your Code 8, Code 10 and Code 14 Drivers Licence as long as this is during your 2 years after obtaining your Code 3 Learner Licence. All you have to do is to ask for your Code 3 Learners Licence back after passing the code chosen and the Traffic Department will issue the relevant Learner Licence to you.
