During this week's lessons at Curro Serengeti Preschool, we’re spotlighting two essential tools: the agility ladder and balance activities!

The Agility Ladder boosts coordination, helps children develop quick feet and improve overall coordination. It also enhances speed, promotes faster reflexes and reaction times.
Balancing activities strengthens core muscles, which are vital for overall stability, it promotes focus and concentration, it also teaches kids to concentrate on their movements, improving their focus.
