The MUAY THAI FITNESS CENTRE will be opening in the beginning of September 2017. MTFC will offer you a place where you can come and go as you please. Enjoying a variety of classes such as Muay Thai fitness, Boxing, Self-Defence, Boot camp & Strength & Conditioning. Doing an introduction to self defence is wonderful, but to be confident in life saving techniques and to use it correctly takes time.

MTFC - MuayThai Fitness Centre and FHW Fit Hot Women are pleased to offer women of all ages and fitness levels a 10 week self defence course!

Starting on Saturday 10 October. 09h00 to 10h30. Held at MTFC Goodies for Gardens 4 Vlei street Glen Marais.

This 10 week course will teach you self defence in detail. Practiced in a safe learning environment by qualified trainers.
