SALES EXECUTIVE – TRAINING & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (HIGH PERFORMANCE ROLE)

We are not looking for someone to “manage enquiries.”
We are looking for a closer.
Someone who:
• Follows up relentlessly
• Knows how to turn leads into deals
• Is driven by targets, not tasks

YOUR CORE MISSION
👉 Generate revenue
👉 Close deals
👉 Build a strong pipeline
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email)
• Follow up on ALL enquiries (this is where deals are won)
• Convert quotes into paying clients
• Do daily outbound outreach to businesses
• Identify and pursue new opportunities
• Work on RFQs, tenders, and corporate deals
• Build relationships with HR, L&D, and business owners
• Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
• Heavy admin
• Data capturing all day
• “Helping everywhere”

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong closing ability
• Confident on phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Highly disciplined with follow-ups
• Target-driven mindset
• Comfortable with rejection and pressure
• Self-managed and accountable

• Experience in training / education / skills development
• Experience with tenders or corporate sales
• Existing business network
