We are seeking an experienced Mining Facilitator to join our underground operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and facilitating learning programs to ensure compliance, safety, and operational excellence in a challenging mining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate training sessions for underground mining operations.
Ensure learners understand and comply with safety standards and operational procedures.
Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Support continuous improvement in workforce skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Mining experience with Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMMs).
Facilitator Certificate (accredited).
Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, physically demanding environment.
Advantages
Previous experience in training within mining operations.
