Us at Party Hire People, and I am sure all other events companies LOVE the festive season. Everyone is happy and in a festive mood.
However, we would love for our customers to understand that You are Not our Only customer. We strive to accommodate as many people as possible. So please, be considerate if you placed an order for delivery. Consider the fact that while everyone is having fun, we are wrapping and packing and loading and driving and delivering and off-loading, etc etc. Please make sure that someone is qvailable to receive your order. Consider the fact that traffic is unpredictable and that it is impossible to stick to a delivery schedule. Petrol is expensive and we can't drive to your house every half hour. We try our best. We like to have Happy customers, but it takes a bit of considaration from the customer's side as well. Please try and understand and help make our festive season a happy one as well.
