Building blocks help little hands develop fine-motor skills, hand-eye coordination, problem-solving, creativity, and spatial awareness. As children build, balance, experiment, and try different ways of putting things together, they are learning through hands-on discovery.

At TCM, we believe that true education is about more than academic excellence—it's about shaping young people of strong character, integrity, and compassion.

Through interactive teaching, learners are encouraged to ask questions, think critically, collaborate with others, and actively participate in their own learning journey. This approach not only deepens understanding but also nurtures confidence, respect, responsibility, and empathy.

Our goal is to help raise children who are not only knowledgeable but also morally grounded—young people who make wise choices, treat others with kindness, and positively influence the world around them.

We recently had the privilege of welcoming Dirkie van der Schyff to our Educational Pillar at Tshega Christian Mission for an inspiring presentation on anti-bullying.

Through humour, puppetry, storytelling and audience participation, Dirkie shared important life lessons in a way that was meaningful and age-appropriate. Our learners were encouraged to choose kindness, show respect, stand up for one another, and help create safe and caring learning environments.

At TCM, we believe education goes beyond academics. We are committed to nurturing children in wisdom, character and Christ-like values, and opportunities like these help shape compassionate, resilient young people.
