At the beginning of the year I created a vision board with adapted from her and 's book, The Art of Manifesting, and I thought it would be a nice point in the year to check in to see how it's going - before the year-end busyness sets in.

My intention for 2026 was: "I am changing lives through the right connections, for the greatest good of all."

I know that manifestation doesn't always have a great reputation, but if you think of it as co-creation it opens up so many possibilities. It is not just a "draw it and leave it" practice.

calls it an action board in her book The Source, because you need to combine the positive desire with the energy of action and emotional intensity.

While I was creating my action board, a little woodpecker constantly tapped at the window where I was drawing for two days. The message I received from that, was "persistence", and I have been persistently showing up this year.

Networking, coaching, in-person and online workshops and now also creating a more structured version of one of my workshops as a self-paced course.

So for me, I'm on track with manifesting the life that I want. I just need to stay in the state of gratitude for what I have and will become, and aware of signs and synchronicities.

I truly believe in signs from Spirit, synchronicity and active alignment. I have received signs from loved ones no longer here and believe that we can stay open to messages from Spirit.

I am currently doing my Coaching Certification in the AM Method by and , and have been working on my own case study for a few weeks.

A recurring symbol in my drawings has been the Starfish. To me it represents the feeling of lightness, floating on my back in a pool of water, just noticing the clouds pass by and not feeling the heaviness associated with my body and mind.

Today, I decided to pull an Oracle card, as I am at a point in the training where I felt that I needed a bit more insight. Oracle and Tarot cards have always been a visual prompt for me, to start a reflection process, and today Spirit showed up with one of Colette’s cards that was so appropriate, it felt like the Univers gave me a wink.

The Starfish: Open to infinite possibilities.

What a wonderful message, expanding my own association of the Starfish and giving me a lot more to reflect on; while I do another lesson form the course.

The world feels like it's spinning out of control, and you've gone numb just to cope.

It won't fix the actual situation. It's not magic. But it can pull you out of that overwhelmed, escalated state, and hand you back enough clarity and energy to actually think and feel again.

A little creativity, a lot of colour and plenty of connection through neuroart with Carike from Fire Soul Coaching.

She helped us step out of our usual work mode, connect as a team and see things from a whole new perspective.

"Colour is the place where our brain meets the Universe" ~ Paul Klee

Colour is alive. It vibrates with frequencies that we don't always understand, but we can feel the effect of it. On a particularly "bad" day, choosing a bright outfit, painting our nails red, or looking at blue skies, can uplift our mood.

Colouring our drawings allows us to enter a state of childlike play and tap into that joy, so that the negative feelings can transform.
