Note to self on a Monday morning: Don't blow it.
Pause, be present.
Less rushing, more being.
Fewer mistakes.

A little under four years ago, I started an earnest relationship with strength- I did the Girya (kettlebell) certification SFG1. My hands were softer than my muscles😄. STRONGFIRST is an international family. The certifications are ALL of the highest calibre, the coaching unmatched. I'm honoured to work under the watchful eyes of to bring that strength to you. Combined with SFB (bodyweight) and some Yin yoga, it's a complete system.

I am finally the proud parent of a goat! It's been a lifelong dream- unfortunately my tiny suburban garden means Lennie 🐐 will have to stay with his friends at The Wildies but I can go and visit whenever I want by appointment 🥦💜. Please head over to and meet his friends, I'm sure someone will grab your heart. I challenge you to rise in support 💪🧘🏻‍♀️👏 and adopt to help.
