Sensory Sprouts is rooted in love, passion, and a mama who simply needed her own cup filled — through connection with other mamas and their little sprouts 🤍🌱

What started as a small idea has blossomed into a beautiful space where little ones can explore, learn, and grow… while mamas find support, friendship, and a moment to breathe ✨

This is more than just a class — it’s a community, a safe space, and a reminder that you are never alone on this journey 🤍

We can’t wait to welcome you and your little sprout 🌿

This one’s for the mamas, the mamas and their mamas, and the mamas and their besties — basically, just lady power 💪🤍

Our health matters too. I thought it would be a lovely idea to get a small group of ladies together once a week for an evening walking club.🌱

No babas, no shouting, no phone calls — just a moment to move, connect, and reflect.🫧

If you’re craving a little fresh air, grown-up conversation, and even reconnecting with your fur babies, come walk with us 🌿
