Welcoming New Talent with Professional Polish!

It’s always a privilege to invest in someone’s journey. Last week, I had the joy of training a bright new graduate stepping into her first role as a Receptionist.

She successfully completed our Receptionist Etiquette Course along with key modules from the Etiquette Fundamentals for Graduates series — equipping her with the confidence, professionalism, and practical tools to shine from day one!
