The HPRC offers a unique opportunity for student athletes to follow their passion in the game of rugby. Prepare for a career in the game through a focused strength and conditioning program as well as a skills development program whilst playing top flight club rugby. At the same time you will be studying an accredited qualification in Fitness, the Rugby Coaching course, BokSmart and World Rugby level 1. All facilitated at the HPRC.

Exciting news for the HPRC - after a couple of training session against the Lions one of our student athletes Dylan Hobson has been included in the Golden Lions u19 squad. Dylan has shown that hard work, dedication and focus can pay off and is a great example that even if you don't make the structures in school but you remain focused on your goal it is achievable. Congrats Dylan and we look forward to seeing you on the field during the season.

Congrats to Tristan Smith on completing the Professional Players Program at the HPRC. Tristan is going to make an impact in the rugby world not only as a player but as a coach as well as a strength and conditioning coach - Well done!
