POISE is a Grooming and Modelling Academy that provides training, support and mentorship for girls aged 5-18 aspiring to enter into the Media and Entertainment Industry. It is a Christian based Academy that is aimed at equipping and raising girls with relevant skills to thrive without compromise in the Entertainment Industry and beyond. Girls who will grow into leading women of dignity, stature and the epitome of excellence in the industry and beyond. Our fundamental commitment is to raise a breed of strong women with a spirit of excellence, rooted in the Word of God and being the salt and light in the influential Media and Entertainment Industry through Modelling, Etiquette, Grooming and Coaching.
