What You’ll Do:
As Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind our day-to-day activities and long-term operational strategies. You’ll ensure our systems, services, and support functions operate at peak efficiency—delivering seamless experiences to both tutors and institutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Oversee and optimize operational workflows across departments
➡️ Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for tutors and support staff
➡️ Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve strategic goals
➡️ Manage tutor training pipelines and ensure performance tracking systems are running smoothly
➡️ Liaise with educational institutions to understand evolving needs and align service delivery
➡️ Implement scalable systems to support our global expansion
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the education or EdTech industry
✅ Strong background in team management, recruitment, and training operations
✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✅ Familiarity with global education systems and online learning platforms is a plus
✅ Based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg, South Africa
