Are you OLICO's new 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (𝐂𝐎𝐎)?

OLICO is increasingly moving beyond direct programme delivery into systems-level engagement and working with government, researchers, and NGO-partners to influence maths teaching and learning at scale.

As a result, a new COO role now exists to build the capacity for us to move into this next phase with confidence and clarity. The focus of the role is people, programmes, and organisational systems to ensure that OLICO is equipped to carry both high-quality delivery and increasing systems-level complexity.

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ is deeply people-centred
✅ understands how organisations actually work (or don't) at scale
✅ cares about programme quality and evidence, not just growth
✅ is motivated by long-term impact in education
