This week we introduced our wonderful theme, “Life Cycles – Fauna & Flora.” 🌱🐛

It has been such an interesting theme so far, sparking many wonderful conversations, questions, and hands-on learning experiences.

🧁 Did Someone Say BAKERMAN? 👨‍🍳🌰

Every second Friday at Little Acorns, we choose one of our little bakers to become our very own “Bakerman”! 🧁👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

Our Bakerman gets to make delicious homemade treats to bring to school and sell to their classmates. The children then get to “purchase” their treats using R5, with every cent going directly into our SPCA donation tin. 🐾❤️

It’s such a fun way for our little ones to learn about money, entrepreneurship, goods and services, buying and selling, responsibility and basic business concepts — all while learning the importance of giving back and helping those in need. 🐶🐱

We believe these are important life skills to introduce from a young age, and there’s no better way to learn than through real-life experiences and lots of fun! 🌱
