Sh:t happens…! It’s a part of life. Like it or not. Want it or not.
Without exception sh:t will happen in some of the areas most important to you. Your relationship, career, finances, passions, and pursuits. In 35 years, having worked with over 60 000 people in the most honest, intimate, open, and authentic way. I’ve seen everyone of us struggles with something important. Really struggles!
Some permit these difficulties to define them. Their relationships, behaviours, beliefs, and outlook for ever.
Others use these as opportunities to connect deeper within themselves and to one other. To learn more about themselves, each other, and life. To tap into and draw from a deeper reservoir of strength within.
Don’t let your failures and hardships define you. Don’t shrink from the suffering. Look within and you’ll discover a deeper source of power, wisdom, and determined action. Be strengthened by them.

Don’t settle. Don’t compromise. If your standards aren’t being met perhaps the answer isn’t lowering them. Consider becoming unrealistic and actually sticking to them.
Make the impossible your standard! You and those around you will be pulled to stretch yourselves reaching beyond the ordinary. Beyond the usual. Beyond the standard. Beyond the possible!
If you want to achieve what hasn’t been achieved.
If you want to create what hasn’t been created.
If you want to produce what hasn’t been produced.
If you want to reach beyond the ordinary.
You’ll have to set new standards for “realistic”. Achieving extraordinary results means being realistic about the impossible. Setting impossible standards for results and performance may be exactly what’s most realistically called for.
Just remember, not so long ago it was impossible to put a man on the moon. However, a few leaders were totally “realistic about demanding the impossible.” Well the results speak for themselves. What results are you after?
