Join our FREE Webinar on Why Company Culture during COVID-19, lockdown and an historic deep recession is the ONLY glue that can and will save your business and its people from hitting ground zero presented by: Helga Landis, Tex Hlalele and Markus van der Westhuizen.
The “nice to have” ideology on the culture perspective has progressively been shifting over time, but given recent global realities, the wakeup call for some organizations has been huge in realising that they have either waited too long or taken too long in creating a formidable ecosystem that is able to withstand the test of the times.
The need for a dynamic operating culture system has never been more needed than now as a global sweeping of divisiveness causes breakdowns and loss of integrity calling into question the very ground beneath our feet.
The way of work has rapidly changed and the new normal will continue beyond COVID; but what does that mean in tangible terms?
