Yesterday, Grades 8 and 12 brought the laughs by coming to school dressed as their favourite famous memes 😂📸

Assembly got even more entertaining with a hilarious game of “Make a Face” 🤪, and our Grade 12s were spoiled with donuts as they gear up for their upcoming prelim exams. 🍩📚

Our grade 5 and 6 entrepreneurs recently enjoyed an exciting business outing to Rock Cod Family Restaurant, a beautiful country-style restaurant in Ruimsig! 🌿🍽️

Our young entrepreneurs had the opportunity to experience what it’s really like to run a hospitality business, starting with a tour of the premises and an inside look at how the restaurant operates.

Of course, the experience ended on a sweet note with a delicious milkshake! 🥤😋

A huge thank you to Dylan and his team for welcoming our little entrepreneurs and giving them a valuable first-hand glimpse into the world of business ownership.

Yesterday, our grade 12 Tourism entrepreneurs had the wonderful opportunity to meet one-on-one with Dylan, owner of Rock Cod Family Restaurant, a fantastic family-run business in Ruimsig.

A big thank you to Dylan and the Rock Cod Family Restaurant team for their warm hospitality and for sharing valuable insights into the world of business and entrepreneurship. 🌟

What a fantastic outing that brought Tourism and Entrepreneurship to life beyond the classroom! Our learners gained real-world experience and inspiration from a thriving local business. 👏📚

FUTURE ARCHITECTS IN THE MAKING! 🏡

Our grade 7 entrepreneurs traded in paper and pencil for pixels this week during Coding and Robotics!

Using TinkerCAD, they designed their very own 3D houses from scratch.

From placing and resizing walls, to rotating roofs and aligning doors and windows — every detail showed off their creativity and technical skill.

This hands-on project taught them:
* Spatial awareness
* Problem-solving
* Digital design skills
* And that simple shapes can become something incredible ✨

GRADE 1 MATHS CHALLENGE: CRITICAL THINKING IN ACTION! 🎲

Our Grade 1 entrepreneurs were on fire this week! 🔥

Split into the Red Group vs Yellow Group, our little mathematicians took turns rolling the dice into the circle and racing to solve addition and subtraction equations.

First to get it right = point for their team!

This tied in perfectly with our theme of Critical Thinking.

Our entrepreneurs quickly figured out that guessing wouldn’t cut it — you had to think and calculate to score! 🧠And the best lesson? Resilience. Whether they won or not, every round was a new chance to try again, dust off and grow.
