People assume we went overseas, learned a course, and brought it home exactly as it was taught.
That’s not what happened.
We travelled, studied under different teachers, tried different modalities, fascial stretch, myofascial decompression, table stretching, assisted stretch therapy, and none of it left us satisfied enough to just copy and paste it back home.
Some techniques were brilliant for the client but brutal on the therapist’s body. Some worked in theory but didn’t hold up session after session, year after year, on real bodies in a real practice. So we kept what worked, adapted what didn’t, and left out what wasn’t sustainable.
Stretch Method SA isn’t one course we found. It’s every course we’ve ever taken, filtered through years of asking three questions: what do our clients actually need, what protects the therapist’s body long term, and what can we stand behind completely.
That’s blood, sweat, and honestly a few tears, poured into something built from scratch. Not copied. Not cookie cutter.
Built here, for here.
