From Little Creations to Grade 1 – and we couldn’t be prouder

Watching our Little Creations learners grow into confident Grade 1 learners at Infinity College is truly special. 🌱

The same little ones who explored, played, and discovered through sensory learning are now stepping forward with confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Seeing them engaged, capable, and thriving is a proud moment for us all.

This is the power of a strong foundation in the early years.

At Little Creations, we don’t just prepare children for school… we prepare them to succeed.

Sensory Learning at Little Creations

Our little learners enjoyed a wonderful sensory exploration activity where they used many of their senses while learning and creating.

The children practised cutting and pasting, explored different textures through touch, used their sense of smell, and even experienced taste during a fun chocolate activity. They also used their sense of sight while colouring and their sense of hearing by listening to their teachers and friends during the activity.

Activities like these help young children strengthen their sensory awareness while developing creativity, fine motor skills, and confidence in the classroom.

In our small, nurturing environment, teachers have the time to truly know each child. We celebrate their curiosity, guide their growth, and encourage their confidence every single day.

They become more confident.
They explore and ask questions.
They learn to express themselves.
They develop strong early learning foundations.

At Little Creations, we believe the early years should be filled with care, creativity, and joyful discovery.

A place where little learners grow big dreams.

🌈✨ Little Creations – Theme: Colours ✨🌈

This week our little learners explored the wonderful world of colours by painting their very own rainbows.

Through this hands-on activity, the children practised identifying and naming colours while developing fine motor skills, brush control and creativity. Adding soft cotton clouds made their artwork come alive and added a sensory element to the lesson.

Learning through art helps children remember concepts in a meaningful way. And the smiles say it all.

At Little Creations, we believe that learning should be joyful, colourful and engaging.

🎨🐌 Theme: Colours – Fingerprint Pattern Fun at Little Creations 🐌🎨

Our little learners had a colourful and creative day exploring colours and patterns through fingerprint art.

Using their fingers and bright paint, they completed snail pattern worksheets by following and repeating colour sequences. While it looked like messy fun, this activity builds important early skills such as colour recognition, pattern awareness, sequencing and fine motor control.

Fingerprint activities also strengthen hand muscles needed for future writing skills, while encouraging focus and attention to detail.

Learning through touch, colour and creativity makes concepts come alive. And of course, the joy on their faces says everything. ❀️

What a deliciously fun learning experience for our Little Creations learners.

Our little bakers rolled, pressed and cut out different shapes before decorating their biscuits with bright icing and colourful toppings. Circles, stars, flowers and more came to life in the most creative ways.

While they were having fun, they were also strengthening fine motor skills, hand–eye coordination and shape recognition. Measuring, spreading, cutting and decorating all help build early mathematical thinking and independence.
