Essentially, the PR & Marketing department is concerned with how our brand is perceived by the general public, including our target audience and key stakeholders. From establishing our brand persona and brand identity, to creating engaging social media content and being actively involved in the press, our job is be great ambassadors of SAS and the work we do. This year, the PR & Marketing Department will comprise of 4 components: Digital Content Creation & Management, Ambassadors, Merchandise and Press (DAMP).

On the 9th - 10th of October 2020, we will be hosting our very first annual Actuarial Youth Conference.

AYC is a an annual youth conference that exists to create a space where young aspiring actuaries can convene to be empowered and equipped with the knowledge, skills, faith and resources to not only implement change in their lives but also add value to their community.

This year the conference will be hosted virtually due to the Covid-19 Pandemic regulations and gathering restrictions. From keynote speeches given by some of the most prominent actuaries and business leaders, to interactive breakout room sessions, fun activities and networking opportunities, this conference is definitely one not to miss.

SAS Announces its first Virtual Quiz Night⁉️💫

A quiz night is an interesting way to challenge an individual's general knowledge while creating a social environment for peers to interact.

Please join us for our first SAS Virtual Quiz Night, which will be held on Friday, 21 August 2020 (19:30) on Zoom. Fill in the information via the link in our bio to sign up your team.
