Sacred Heart College is honoured to welcome back alumnus Sebastian Prim (Class of 1997) as our Guest of Honour for a special webinar during assembly.
Sebastian Prim is a Sports Scientist who has worked within elite South African rugby structures, contributing to athlete performance, recovery, conditioning, and high-performance systems at the highest level of international sport.
This inspiring session will give our young athletes valuable insight into the realities of elite sport, the importance of discipline and mindset, and what it truly takes to perform at the top level.
